Who Answers Your Call

Prosecron Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. It is not a crew. When you reach out, we connect you with an independent provider in our network. That provider is the one you talk to, and the one who does the work.

Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability, or use the request form and wait for a callback.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect simple questions. They help the provider give you a fair quote.

  • Which service are you considering?
  • What is your bathroom like now?
  • Is the house old, and has anyone repaired the bathroom before?
  • Who will use the tub or shower, and do they need a bench or grab bars?
  • Do you want to visit in person first?

Photos can help. So can a rough measurement.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

If this is your first project, bring a list. These are good ones:

  • Can I get the quote in writing?
  • What is included, and what could add cost?
  • What happens if you find rot or old plumbing problems?
  • How long will the work take?
  • Do you hold the license and insurance my state requires?
  • Who handles permits?
  • What warranty does the provider offer, and is it in the contract?

Costs vary by job. Typical U.S. projects can range from a few thousand dollars to well over ten thousand. Older homes often land higher because of hidden repairs. Get a written quote before you agree to anything.

You Stay in Charge

You can talk to more than one provider. You can ask for time to think. You can say no. A good provider will not push you.

Some policies may cover sudden damage, but a planned bathing upgrade is often not covered. Check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
